I just add curry powder and garlic to mixed root veg (meat browned if added) .. add a tin tomatoes some puree .. maybe some grated ginger

stir in garam masala right at the end of the cooking

add creme fraiche at the end to get creamy texture

HTH

(did you want exact?)

I'm sure it would

I'm more of a bung-it cook .. and taste it as it goes along

you do understand that below is not strictly korma

its a creamy, tomato curry which could be

I'm sure korma strictly has sophisticated spices in it like saffron and cardoman

similar to twig, i'd do: splodge curry powder/paste; tin tomatoes; tin coconut milk, added to gently fried veg/onions/meat. simmer and serve with plain rice.

Thanks
cooked the chicken, added garlic, lemon juice, tomato puree, coriander, single cream and natural yoghurt and mild curry powder, then cooked on stove for 20 mins, then left to simmer.
With plain rice.So mild and creamy.
Oh he loved it,
Took your advice twiglett and added garam masala last.(only a pinch)
Its amazing what you can do when you throw things together.
