When I caught the cold and Googled cheap remedies I found that rosehips are packed full of vitamin C and antioxidants - in fact children got off school to pick them at this time of year as part of the war effort to help the troops in world war II, I went and collected my rosehips and developed a twist on traditional recipes its Rosehip and chilli jelly - and its perfect spread on oat cakes so given the goodness Id say any calories don't count!
