Any ideas? I'm thinking of nice brownies but thought maybe I should be a bit more adventurous...

Why no cream?
And do you mean no cream in the recipe as well?

Personally, I don't like cream on puddings, but am always happy to serve for others.

Brownies with fresh raspberries are nice.
Crumble with custard (again, I'd decline the custard)
What about a chocolate mouse? Nigella has a nice one if your OK with cooking with cream.
What about a molten middle pudding if you are prepared to do some testing before hand.

What are you having for mains?
