Baking friend: What should I buy her as a bday present?

I don't know a lot about baking. Are there any gifts that you would like to receive as a baker? A nifty gadget of some kind? Budget is about £20.

I'm a baker (amateur, nothing fancy!) but there's a couple of tins I'd really like from Amazon or Lakeland, maybe a voucher for there?

Ooh, might get her a cake wire. I like idea of removing the packaging and then wrapping it. She'd be think wtf is this when she's trying to feel through the gift wrap

See, I'd never have thought of cake wire or a cake lifter. I can really see how they'd be useful now though. Plus the lifter's Mary Berry, gotta be good!

I have a cake wire and it's brilliant. Currently on my wish list are more Sugarflair Colour Pastes, usually about £2-3 each, so a small selection and a new silicon spatula or fondant cutters/stamps would have me squeaking.

Good quality vanilla/almond flavourings, vanilla pods, or a sugar thermometer? I like the idea of a little rainbow of Sugarflair colour pastes: pretty!
