Does dried lasagne go off? I'm just starting to make lasagne for dinner and have discovered that the only packet I have has an expiry date of November 2004 . Is it OK to use or do I have to go to the shop?

Thanks!

Personally _ I would look and see if egg is 1 of the ingredients, as it often is - if it is, I wouldn't use. If not, I prob would.

No egg, just durum wheat semolina. I don't even know where this packet came from, as I always buy spinach lasagne sheets. Might have been BIL on a family holiday a couple of years ago...

it'll be fine - I'd use it!

Hmm... 2005 I'd definitely use it ... not convinced about 2004 ... should be okay though
