Hello. I need a nice recipe that uses lots of tomatos. Any suggestions?

How about making tomato soup and freezing it in batches? I'll dig out a recipe if you want one

i have a chutney recipe you could have...

you can oven dry them, make batches of tom sauce and freeze them, or make jars that will keep all winter in your cupboard.

Cut 'em in half, put on baking sheets cut side up with salt and pepper, bit of sugar and olive oil. Stick in really low oven for a few hours and you've got kind of sun-dried tomatoes. Put them in (probably sterilised) jars with olive oil. They are really intense and great for pasta.

Fresh toms make ace curry! 3 tbsp curry paste (pataks are good) any other spices you like, chopped onion and garlic, saute, add tons of chopped toms preferably skinned but doesn't matter too much and a tin of coconut milk simmer then add chicken, lamb , prawn or veg and cook accordingly add lots of chopped coriander at the end its very good!
