Will rib eye stew nicely?

I had half yesterday as a stirfry & today I really fancy stew & mash

Will it work or is itthe wrong sort of steak to stew (I know it might be a bit of a waste - but will it taste nice?)

It won't be fatty enough, I don't think - if you try and stew it, it's likely to go very dry.

That's what worried me

Struggling a little as DD isn't here & DH is having spicy for tea - we would normally share something
