My family has gone from 6 to 3 in the last few months !
DH and I have separated after 25 years, dd 1 graduated and moved out and dd 2 dropped off at Uni yesterday.
Apart from the obvious shed loads of tears Im panicking because dd was always a star at helping me ensure little ones got plenty of fruit and veg.
I'm working long hours have little left over money and am concious that over the last few weeks I've been so busy I have definately neglected healthy diets .Also I'm bored of the same old same old. Seem to live on homemade chilli lasagne spaghetti Bol chicken curry or pasta with a quick sauce and some brocolli.
That's because I can freeze the basic recipe and turn mince into anything !
Seem to have a lot of rice spaghetti or pasta and too little veg.
However when I get in from work at 6 or later I have to get dd 1 into bed for 7 and she needs a bath sometimes so time is a big factor .
Any ideas very welcome I need to get organised. X
