I need to make some easy tray bakes to take to a friend next week and I am sort on time & inspiration. I also need a variety to take to a church function a few weeks later. I figured that no bake recipes would be fairly easy but I'm short on recipes. Any firm favourites? A nice rocky road one too please, I made it once but it was so hard it would have broken teeth, the church function will have a lot of older folk at it who will know how to bake and won't want to shatter their teeth!
