Anyone got a home smoker?

I have! Got it for my birthday this morning and really looking forward to using it. Does anyone else have one? If so, what's good to do in it? Going to try and do some salmon this weekend.

Trout also very good. Try smoking homemade burgers before finishing them off in frying pan. Smoked almonds are good. Mackerel as well.
