I maintain that chocolate Angel Delight on a biscuit base, topped with chocolate buttons, is the tastiest thing ever taught in a school cookery lesson. Very sophisticated too if you're looking at dinner party puddings :o

Thanks everyone I think I will go with the Nigella one it sounds yum I would never have thought of using marshmallows. The Delia one looks good too. Not sure what Mil would think if I served up Angel Delight Grin

Bit late but here is the basic recipe:

For each person
1 egg separated
60g plain chocolate, melted

Mix melted chocolate into egg yolk.
Whisk white until stiff and fold in.

Add a dash of Cointreau, brandy, whisky, kirsch etc if required.

Put in the fridge until set.

No need to add butter, sugar, cream etc.

Thanks tb could be a healthier and easier option Grin. I did try the Nigella recipe which had a lovely mousse texture but a very very rich chocolate taste.
