Slowcooked beef brisket question

Does it have to go in the cooker?

I was going to do roasts/yorkshires to go with it but the temp in the oven won't be high enough for them.

Or will the beef sit alright (as in, not go cold) for an hour while I do yorks puds/roasts in oven?

I would start the roasts off with meat in at the lower temperature then take meat out to rest while you do the yorkshires at the higher tempertaure for twenty minutes, blasting the roasties too

I'll try that, thank-you!

If you take the beef out the oven and wrap in foil it will stay warm for an hour

I could do it either way then?

I think I might go for take it out & then do roasts/yorkshires.
