Hi I would be grateful for some advice on egg free baking. My daughter is 7 tomorrow and one of her friends has an egg allergy. I'd love to have a few fairy cakes for her so she doesn't feel left out. Does anyone have a good recipe??
I did fine one online but I'm afraid to try it. Suppose I'm reluctant to waste the ingredients on an untried recipe. It calls for apple cider. I couldn't find apple cider but wonder if I could substitute red wine vinegar??
