I have a lovely recipe for slow-cooked pork belly on radicchio that I want to do for friends on Saturday, but I can't find any! Help!

Morrisons usually have it on their poncy ice table thingies

market stalls.
Waitrose?

Come to think about it, I always buy it at the market.

Waitrose have 'red chicory' - I think it might be the same thing?

No, it's not.

Red chicory is the same as the green, but red, and radicchio is leafy salad-y thing and more bitter but turns sweeter when you caramelise it.

Dammit, I thought that would be OK. I need 'heads' of radicchio though, not leaves.

yes, it's called heads but it's leafy heads, like a salad head.
