I was given a packet of chicken tikka spice by an Indian friend which I would like to try. I have a fresh whole chicken that I need to use tonight. I have never made tikka before, do you think I can marinade the whole chicken in the spice and yoghurt?
I plan on making some yellow rice and salad to serve with it. Do you think it will be dry done like that?
