Hi, does anybody have a nice recipy, please? I'm very interested in cheese cake made with pastry rather then digestive buiscuits or using other type of buiscuits but no ginger, please. Thank you.

There is a really good recipe on Quark pots, can't remeber it but it's simple and deliciuos!

I found it on ones I bought from Tesco and Waitrose, they must have been nranded though I'm not sure which brand it was.

Thank you very much. I'll try to find them in Tesco. how long can you keep a cheesecake which is not baked? Did you try to bake a cheesecake as well?

This one is a baked cheesecake, don't like non baked ones!

you can use almost any biscuit as a biscuit base .. I find that hob nobs are nice

or you can use pastry but will probably have to bake blind first

can't find it but it involved philadelphia and custart powder and was simplicity itself
