I have the following:

dried rose petals
dried marshmallow leaf
fine cut hibiscus flowers
Damiana

what on earth do I do with them?

I put rose petals in tea. I don't know about the rest though!

With rose petals and hibiscus , I'd soak in boiled water to infuse and make syrup.
Use the syrup to make refreshing drinks with soda, rose water, crushed mint etc...
Use the syrup to whip up buttercup frosting.
Use the rosella (hibiscus) in lieu of cranberry jelly to flavor gravy
Use syrup on trifle, Greek yogurt and pistachio, as a drizzle over cake or as a base for fruit jellies.

No idea about the other 2!

Thank you!

I boiled up some rose petals a one d it's been sitting in the fridge for days now!

do I just add it to normal tea? I tasted it and thought it was pretty vile, maybe I've done it wrong?

I've never made syrup before, I'll try it, thank you

infusions are best filtered within 10mn. If you steep the leaves too long, turns bitter.
Same applies when making syrup. Filter and use that with sugar for the syrup to retain a fresh fruity taste.

Ah! Thank you. It must've been on the boil for over an hour! Blush

And then steeped for a further hour
