Leftover macaroni cheese

I have just made way to much macaroni cheese and no room in freezer! Any ideas of what to do with it ?

I've had it with a bit of salad or some spinach before.

Do you put a bit of mustard in the sauce? I think this works really well.

Pack it all into a loaf tin, refrigerate overnight then slice it up and fry, tis gorgeous!

Revive it with some roasted cherry tomatoes and some green salad.

The dc like it with sausages! I usually mix mine with spinach broccoli, peas and green beans. But yours might be too solid now to mix other stuff into it.

I had macaroni cheese fritters in America they were divine. I'm imagine you need really solid cold macaroni cheese dipped in batter and deep fat fried. Maybe shallow fried would work too. Served with fries (I had sweet potato fries)

I like it served with baked gammon slices or cripsy smoked bacon - yum!

Mm they all sound so good I am tempted to go downstairs and eat it now ! I made enough for six people and it's just me and my 4yo ds so loads left! Will probably try with gammon and veg tomorrow Thankyou everyone !

I'm sure it isn't recommended but I freeze leftovers. Reheat with a bit of extra milk.
