Looked at it when it first came out but wasn't sure so very happy to see it for 4.99 today.

Any recipe recommendations? Some lovely dishes but lots of them seem very time consuming.

I've not made much from it, but the spicy beef patties served with the quinoa salad and coriander and mint chutney is a regular in this house.

The cari mutton is also nice, although I couldn't get mutton so used lamb instead.

Sorry I've only just seen this! The quinoa looks good and I struggle to find ways to use it so that can go on next weeks menu. Have you tried any of the puddings?

Where did you find it for £4.99? (I'm sure I could squeeze one more cook book onto the bookcase!)

Its in The Works. They always have good prices on year or so old cookbooks - I love a rummage on there :-)

Thank you. I'll pop in there after work one day next week.
