I've catered for 60 with a sweet chicken curry and beef stroganoff - both served with rice, and garlic & coriander naan. Lots of prep done the day before, and then finish in the morning. Have also done chicken pieces in the oven with olive oil, garlic, paprika and thyme all squashed in and marinated. Delicious and not stressful, but looks and tastes good!

Was thinking curry so that's an idea, the chicken sounds yummy and little last min prep which is perfect. Thanks x

lamb tagine good with this couscous Would strongly recommend borrowing as many slow cookers as possible to keep food safely warm without drying out.

If not tagine/curry/stew/chilli type dishes, would go for hot pork/beef/turkey sandwiches with side dishes. Ok not different but gorgeous!!!

That's a great idea, kind of hog roast but just done from a joint.
