Hi 2yo dd has just been shown in a blood test to have an allergy to egg white. We do a lot of baking, do you have any good recipes or ideas for how to adapt recipes?

I was also wondering if in cakes etc I could just use 2 egg yolks instead of an egg, or maybe replace the egg white with some extra milk?
