Tips to cool down spicy chilli?

So, made my usual chilli but doubled quantities of ingredients as I'm batch cooking.....and it's blow yer head off hot! Any tips to cool it? Would stirring yogurt or sour cream through it help? Or better just to serve with these on the side?

Sweetness will help - good squidge of ketchup?

Sour cream on the side

Or turn into enchiladas with plenty of cheese on top

Sour cream or yoghurt on the side. I wouldn't stir it through, especially not if you're planning to freeze other portions.

Add a bit of sugar, a teaspoon or two depending on how much you've made.

Sugar has helped a bit! Will serve with sour cream too. Many thanks Smile
