I'm abaout to prepare tomorrow's dinner and just realised that my mixed herbs is way way out of date (it's a new recipe that I'm following).

Does anyone know herbs usually make up the mixed herb jar and i'll just add a few of what i've ogt.

TIA

just add a few of what you've got I reckon. As long as they're not too wacky. What you cooking?

might as well be once it's out of date!

only making a bolognese but doing it in the slow cooker so following a different recipe. I'm still rather a novice cook so I tend to follow the recipe word for word at least for the first time.
I'll use basil, oregano, sage and thyme as suggested. Thanks all.
