Hi all!
I am looking firstly for the quantities for a 10" Victoria sponge.
Secondly, I have offered to make my friends wedding cake for him. Just been reading a few feeds on here that are suggesting a Madeira cake rather than Victoria sponge for the wedding cake, he has asked for a layer of vanilla and a layer of chocolate. Can anyone help out with a recipe for these cakes? All help is greatly received! Thanks!
