Brown rice in a rice cooker?

Your expertise, please. I have an old, cheap, basic rice cooker - how/can I cook brown rice in it? TIA.

Exactly the same as you cook white rice; I do brown rice, white basmati rice, sushi rice the same way in my shitty cheap rice machine and they all turn out fine

Thanks! Do you still use a 1:1 ratio of rice to water for brown, or should it be more like 1:2? (I lost the measuring cup years ago...)
