I made choux buns on a whim. So easy, so delicious!
The children and I have managed to eat half of them. So easy! Can I freeze the rest? Google is not totally clear on this.

I don't know.

But I would try it and see. If they survive then good. If they don't then you'll know Grin

If you don't eat them and don't freeze them then they certainly won't be edible.

True, it's the bin or the freezer. Nothing to lose I guess.

You can buy choux buns filled with Crème Patissiere. Great for a cheat's Croquembouche, so I would think that the answer is YES!

depends what you filled them with really...

but on the whole I wouldn't they won't be as nice when they defrost...slightly damp and pappy

they do freeze beautifully unfilled though for future choux baking.
