thoughts on meal plans for different diets

our family is me (mostly vegan, just got braces so also mostly liquids boring), DH (committed omnivore but happy to have mainly veggie food and realiably sourced meat - but does go crazy if he goes 5 days without meat), DS (5yo, good eater, not that keen on meat, will try anything) and DD (fussy little fucker, 2yo)

We do all sit down for dinner most nights, I can't be fucked making different food for everyone but now I have braces and am getting used to it, I'm stockpiling old family style foods like fish pie, spag bog etc for everyone else and various soups joy for me.

Thinking ahead, I want to get back into meal planning - would you continue doing food for different folk or try to find food consistently all four of us will eat?

Should caveat despite DD's fussiness I put whatever we're having in front of her regardless

I follow a different diet (health issues) to dh and the dcs. My aim is to make the same dinner for all with a few minor tweaks but I know my dh yearns for something more interesting, I know I do! - my food is deadly dull.

We eat the same maybe 4-5 nights a week.

How easy do you find it? I'd rather do tweaks if I can make it work but just feeling so uninspired!

if anyone can come up with suggestions other than I eat soup and turn it into a pasta sauce for everyone else, I'd be massively grateful!
