J Sheeky won restayrant of teh year in Hardens restaurant guide (or some such guide) It is a fab place, mainly fish, but really great food and great service. I would recoomend highly sheekey

BTW it s also quite celeby so if youare lucky you might just catch posh and becks

The food at the Blue Elephant is good (especially the Thai puddings which as gorgeous) but I felt that we were paying more for the faux jungle surroundings and presentation than the food itself iyswim.

YellowFeathers · 20/09/2006 10:26

Thanks!
I'm passing these on

If you want to eat at the Blue Elephant (or its sister restaurant Au Porte des Indes) go for the Sunday lunchtime buffet. Better value for money and much more entertaining ambience than weekdays off the menu. But, either way, very yummy!

Go to Moro (Exmouth Market, nearest tube is Farringdon). Brilliant food, and the recipe books are great too!
