Can you freeze risottos and pasta.

Also what's the best method to freeze good. In portion sizes bags or tubs. Help

yes you can freeze risotto. You would be better freezing the pasta sauce and making fresh pasta as required as pasta goes a bit soft and squishy when defrosted. We use bags for freezing. Pour and Store ones are good for liquids/sauces
