Quick batch cooking questions...

I'm approaching my due date, and am planning on doing a huge batch cooking session this weekend so that the freezer is full of food for the first two or three weeks after baby arrives.

Two of the things I'm planning of making are cottage pie and cheesy pasta bakes. If I make these in oven proof foil containers, can they be cooked straight from the freezer? If yes, any hints and tips for effective cooking?

Thanks!

Yes they can.

I find almost everything in a foil container for 1 person cooks in 35-45mins from frozen. They will take longer if frozen in portions for 2-4 people.

I'm relatively new to this whole batch cooking thing, so still getting to grips with the basics Confused
