sausages for hotdogs

I'm doing hotdogs for my daughter's birthday party but don't want to use the tinned Frankfurter style one.The ones I usually get are the black farmer ones but think these may be a bit spicy. Any suggestions really welcome.

Lidl do mini bockwurst (not sure how you spell it!) which are about 96% pork. I love them!

Lidl do frankfurters too but they have a far lower meat content and I haven't tried them.

we normally get the ones out the chill cabinet. Have more meat than the tinned ones
