Family cookbook recommendation

I'm feeling really uninspired cooking for dd1(5y), ds(3y), dd2(10m) and dh(43y) and want to treat myself to a new family cookbook. I've been considering the following: Annabel Karmels After School Dinners, Jeanette Orrey The Dinner Lady, Tana Ramsay Family Kitchen & Hugh F-W River Cottage Family Cookbook. I need easy one pot recipes which can be spiced up for dh and are as tasty as baked beans with fish fingers for the kids. Any recommendations?

vote for hfw family cookbook

very interactive, easy instructions, lots of fun and different projects and suprisingly easy to make lie flat if you bend it right.

Try Annabel Karmel's Feeding your Baby and Toddler which has family meals, all the same dish, but shows you how you can make them into toddlers meals, older kids meals and adults meals.
