ive got plain flour, caster sugar and marg no eggs - what can I make?

Can u make shortbread with Marg rather than butter I've got Bertolli

The chocolate shortbread recipe I linked says margarine not butter (though I would've thought butter would be nicer).

And - what did you do in the end...... am lo-carbing at the mo so need treats by proxy
