Can anyone share one that works? I have a Crock Pot and access to Quaker porridge oats, which are a bit more processed than rolled oats.

Cheers

We use regular oats, a ratio of 1 cup oats to 2 cups milk. On low for 3-4 hours (use a socket timer to switch it on in time to cook for breakfast).

mam do you worry about milk going sour overnight especially in the summer? I want to make porridge overnight!

I've found that stove to lakes at lasted fifteen minutes ( we don't have gas) and a bit longer if you want well cooked soft porridge. Plus my children are champing at the bit for breakfast yen minute they set foot downstairs!
