Birthday party this weekend. If I made Nigella's cake on Thursday will it taste good on Sunday. Should I keep it in a container in the fridge or would it be OK just left in the tin? Never made it before. I've always done MB's choc cake but for some reason it always appears a bit dry. Any fans of Nigella's cake????
