Reheating meals - how long? how high?

Due to a change in working hours and DD wanting to do more after school clubs I'm going to be in the car when dinner needs to go in the oven!

I had the idea of cooking the meals either day before or during the day and then reheating at tea time (things like shepherds pie, lasagne etc) but I have no idea how long to heat things for or what temperature or even if it's safe to do this.

Any advice greatfully received!

I take out of the freezer whatever meal dh fancies for the next day - then put in the fridge. By the time he comes home it is defrosted. we rehaet in the microwave (cover the meal) things like shephards pie and lasagne I think take about 3 - 4 minutes, just keep testing as you cook.

when I rehaet things like spag bol and chicken curry I do so in a saucepan and reheat stirring until steaming hot.

In the oven I would put on gas 6 for between 20 - 30 minutes.
