Simple veggie chili recipe

Hi, does anyone have a simple veggie chili recipe? I used to make one from the back of tesco sour cream which I loved bit can't remember. All the ones I've google seem quite complicated. I'm the only veggie in the family of meat eaters and fussy eaters who would shun something so healthy! so it wouldn't want to be a massive batch either.

Will watch this with interest, I'm after the same thing! I currently use a jar of uncle ben's sauce, quorn and an onion.

Bits.. though probably vits too

Have to say I like this one Jamie but I alter the spices to suit us and put a few chopped fresh tomatoes in.
