We've just got an induction hob and although we like it, most of our old pans won't work on it so we've had to buy new ones.
DH usually makes Sunday lunch and, in our gas hob days, used to make gravy on the hob using the juices in the roasting tin (after removing the meat). He'd always put the tin directly on the hob rather than draining off the juices into another pan.
The roasting tin won't work on the new hob so I am trying to buy one that does. Any ideas anyone, please?
