What can. I do with three jars of creamed chestnuts?

After hosting a lovely gang of French students I have been left with three jars/tins of creamed chestnuts. They are apparently a speciality from where they live, and very kindly given to me as gifts from their parents.
Any ideas welcomed of what on earth I could do with them?

I'm trying to think of a dessert I remember her doing that looked amazing. Might have involved meringue and been in the Feast book? Hang on, I'll have a look.
