Hi, my husband has seen an add where they used philadelphia cheese and pasta. Does anyone know a recipy, please? Or may be someone has used some good recipy which involves philadelphia cheese and pasta? Thank you.

I haven't seen the ad but you could try mixing philly with pesto into cooked pasta and topping with cheese and grill in the oven.

thank you, lucy5. Do you know how i can make pasta sauce using full fat philadelphia cheese. I'm thinking of having pasta with smoked salmon and philadelphia cheese. Would is the nicest way of cooking them?

I think you would probably just melt it over a very low heat. I've never tried it though.
