BBQ-ing in the rain. <Hardcore!>

Slow-cook pulled pork on the go. BBQ has a lid on and it's under a tree... Any words of reassurance?

We had a BBQ a few years ago, which is still talked about, with a gas BBQ under a large canvas gazebo. We all sat around the BBQ, with the rain pouring down around us, but we were (just) under cover. Only in Britain......!

We did the same as 4merly last summer. Put up the gazebo for us to sit under and a parasol for the BBQ! Worked out fine as it was so warm out and the rain helped us cool down a bit!

Reporting back..... the rain that made it through the tree (and it was hurtling down!) and hit the lid brought the temperature down a bit but otherwise no harm done.
