Can someone tell me how to do them please (my latest attempt to get the children to eat veggies!) ... presume they need pre-boiled but then what? TIA

part boil carrots then i mix olive oil, honey and mustard seeds together and cover carrots, roast in oven. same mixture used with parsnips. roast with potatoes at same temp.

charantene carrots are sweeter (mini chunky carrots sold prepacked in tesco) - might be worth a go with these ones?

Brilliant - thanks Leximum. Oh, do you think it would taste ok without the mustard??

I do it without the mustard and it tastes fine. You can add cumin seeds if you want or some fresh herbs.

I par boil in orange juice first and then add honey and reduce down. For adults I add rosemary but dd doesn't like it.
