Scallops

Hello, I have six juicy scallops to cook for dinner tonight, can you share your favourite dishes with me please?

Pan fried with either chorizo or black pudding, served with pea purée and a little rocket or similar leaf. Yum, I'm hungry now.

Fry a bit of bacon in the pan then sear the scallops in the bacon fat. Do not overcook. Squeeze of lime. Done. I honestly wouldn't mess around any more.

Agree that pea puree and bacon would go well though.

I cooked them in a stir fry, Hairy Bikers recipe with garlic, ginger, pepper, green beans, shaoxing wine, soy sauce and cornflower. Delicious!
