Want to make a posh meal for tomorrow. What is everyone's best way to cook?
Also ideas for accompanying dishes?
Never buy it due to ££

very late response - but the lamb worked really well. it wasnt fatty at all.
put veg, and wine and stock cube in the bottom, and sealed meat on top with loads of foil sealing it. left it too late to give it 6 hours but it had 4 hours and was very very tender.
I really couldnt believe how much meat there was on the joint!
had a pilaf with left overs next day, and have frozen lamb now in freezer for another meal another day (ideas?)
