Can you bake samosas?

I want to have a go at making samosas but deep frying always ends in some sort of hot oil splashing injury, can they be baked instead?

Most recipes seem to suggest deep frying, just wondering if baked would give the same result. Any suggestions/recipes gratefully received.

They won't taste the same but yea spray a bit of fry light and bake them, much healthier too!

You can use tortilla wraps , cut them in half and use each half to make a samosa, fill with samosa filling and seal brush with oil and bake

I do them in the oven using bought FILO pastry and melted butter brushed on them - they go lovely and crispy Grin

Use spring roll pastry and you can! Delicious!

They're quite nice baked with normal pie-crust pastry too.
