How to make meatballs?

I have some turkey mince and want to make some meatballs to go with pasta and tomato sauce. Is it just the same as making burgers? How do I cook them?

Also I have no eggs in - do I definately need them?

I have most basic ingredients. TIA

You could just squish the mince together in your hands, and shallow fry as they are. The egg is there to help the mince stick together. So just be careful that they don't break up.

I make mine very simply, with mince, some herbs, and an egg/ Sometimes throw in breadcrumbs. But I wouldn't add breadcrumbs if no egg available.

And yes, can do them just the same as burgers, just smaller.

I found some eggs so I should be fine, thanks

I never use eggs with turkey mince, it's quite sticky anyway. You should be fine either way
