Hairy Bikers curry help!

Is there a kind soul out there who has access to the hairy bikers great curries book and could post a list of the ingredients for the saffron chicken curry? I'm at work, need to pop to the shops on way home but forgot the recipe.

6 boneless skinless thighs
150g natural plain yoghurt
150ml dbl cream
Good pinch saffron
Sunflower oil
1 med onion
4 garlic cloves
20 g root ginger
50g cashew nuts
4 cloves
1 bay leaf
6 green cardamon pods
Ground coriander
Cayenne pepper
Turmeric
Caster sugar/salt/pepper

Love hb curries - haven't tried this one though- is it good?

Thank you so much! It's lovely, quite subtle but really tasty and my kids will eat it which is a bonus. I love the hb curry book, not had a bad one from it yet.

We usually have it with rice and some sort of green veg eg broccoli but sometimes I do a family curry night and do another lamb curry and some naan
