What'll I do with these lamb steaks?

Bought in the vulture section yesterday (marked down bit)
I'm looking for something easy as have Klingon baby today..and dairy free too.
Hoping for some inspiration please

Mince them, add some mint (jar will do) and make minted lamb burgers (or koftas). Failing that, fry in a little butter and eat with whatever you have (salad and crusty bread works here). You don't need to do too much with lamb.

Mush up some garlic oil salt and herbs, rub on (leave to marinate for a bit if you can) then griddle on hot pan. Squeeze over some lemon. Good with salad and pitta bread.

We've just had spaghetti, pancetta and crab (with sundried tomato pesto and grated parmesan). Twasn't bad. Yours sounds better Envy

I usually make with neck of lamb, so don't worry if your cuts are different from what's suggested
