Beef Olives..

I have saw these stuffed beef olives in my local butcher and thought they would be nice for tea some night. Does anyone know how to cook them? Do you do them in a casserole? Any ideas as to what to do with beef olives would be appreciated. Thank you!

When we make them , we brown them in a frying pan and cook in tomato sauce

I usually brown them and cook in red wine, cherry tomatoes, Shallots and mushrooms.

How do you cook them? Do you normally just put them in a casserole dish in the oven? Thank you.

Oh forgot to ask - what cut of beef would be the best if I want to make them up myself using my own stuffing?

Yes in a casserole dish. I usually use frying steak and slow cook and it is very tender when cooked.
