recommend a recipe for BBQ pulled pork for 40 people please!

I had another thread going asking what food people would recommend for a party of 40 / 50 adults and pulled pork in buns came up and I love the idea of this, especially as I could get it all pre-prepared.

Does anyone have any tried and tested recipe for this that they would like to share? I can scale up the quantities to suit.

I made pulled pork for the first time recently and had a thread about it
